Refund policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or a replacement product.


Defective, Damaged, or has issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a defective or damaged product, or the wrong product, please contact lalipwithlove@gmail.com. Make sure to include a picture of the product as proof of purchase, and specify the issue and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product. Please do not sent your item back to LaLip. If you choose to apply for a refund, please expect your money back within 5-10 business days. You can expect a confirmation email on the issue within 48 hours.


Refunds
We will send you confirmation once we’ve received and inspected your email and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
