Store Policies

Shipping Policy

After you place an order it will be processed within the next 72 hours. If the order will take longer or has to be canceled, LaLip will send you an email or a text based on the information you entered at checkout. After the order has been fulfilled it will be shipped out immediately. Estimated shipping time normally averages about 1-3 business days. This is not a guaranteed service, delivery may be delayed. 

Refund Policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or a replacement product.


Defective, Damaged, or has issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a defective or damaged product, or the wrong product, please contact lalipwithlove@gmail.com. In your email, make sure to include a picture of the product as proof of purchase, as well as specify the issue and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product. Please also include your order number and name so we can look into it for you. Please do not send your item back to LaLip. If you choose to apply/are eligible for a refund, please expect your money back within 5-10 business days. You can expect a confirmation email on the issue within 48 hours.


Refunds
We will send you confirmation once we’ve received your email and let you know if you are eligible for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. (If you paid with a credit card, you will receive the refund on your credit card, etc.) Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Returns

We do not offer returns at this time.

 

Exchanges

If you have requested a product exchange and are eligible, we will send a new product(s) to the address in your original order unless stated otherwise.

Incorrect Address

If you listed the incorrect address on your order and therefore didn't receive your package, we will ask you to pay shipping & the product(s) cost to ship out to the correct address. We can unfortunately not give refunds in this situation because we have already shipped out the package.
